*Nanny salaries are negotiated between the Client and prospective candidates.
A live-in or live-out nanny who is hired on a permanent basis to work as a child
care provider.
Client enrollment retainer fee (initial): $300.00* (required and non-refundable)
Nanny Placement Fee: $600.00* (90 days guarantee)
Nanny Rate: $10.00-$16.00 per hour

Client coordinating fee: $150.00 flat fee + state taxes (25 children)Client coordinating

Crafts and Games: will be quoted (minimum of $50.00).
One Nanny for every two children under two years of age.

Gift of Time Ohio Premier Concierge LLC accepts Cash, Check, Paypal, or Credit Card.
Hourly services are paid in advance or at conclusion of service unless other arrangements
have been made. Billing will be in 15 minute increments after the first hour, rounding
up. Checks are made out to Gift of Time Ohio Premier Concierge LLC. Payment for
services on monthly packages are secured by Cash, Check, Paypal, Credit Card, or
bank account via electronic funds transfer (EFT) and require payment in full before
services are rendered. Any prices listed by Gift of Time Ohio Premier Concierge
LLC are for services rendered by Gift of Time Ohio Premier Concierge LLC and does
not include charges for third party vendors, or merchandise purchased to complete
the request.
All hours for monthly plans must be used within 30 days of the first hour used.
Hours can be shared among individuals. Hours not used within 30 days will not be
refunded or rolled over to the following month.
All errand rates include time from the beginning of task and for the first 20 miles
of travel. Travel over 20 miles will be billed at the rate of $.48 per mile. Payment
includes roundtrip travel to end of task.
If it is necessary to cancel a scheduled service, Gift of Time Ohio Premier Concierge
LLC requires 24 hours notice. Failure to provide any notice could result in the
full price of service being charged. We will make every effort to access each individual
situation needing to cancel within less than 24 hours notice before assessing any
fee. We understand “Acts of Nature” do sometimes happen.
24 Hours notice is appreciated for services rendered, but we will make every effort
to accommodate your rush needs. A $20 additional fee will be charged for requests
less than 24 hours notice.
1 hour minimum, billing will then be in 15 minute increments, rounding up.
As many services as possible will be completed in the hour.
Cost of any purchases is NOT included in hourly rate.
Mileage is included up to 20 miles, $.48/mile beyond the 20 miles (mileage is accessed
as roundtrip)
Hourly rate begins from the time the office is left until the requested task is
completed.
All additional service charges incurred such as dry cleaning, groceries or theater
tickets will be due upon completion of service. Larger fees (over $100) will be
required in advance with a check made out to providing business or credit card access.
$25 fee will be assessed for returned checks in addition to fees/charges imposed
by banking institution.
If Gift of Time Ohio Premier Concierge LLC cannot gain access to the client’s residence
or place of business, client will be contacted and charged for time delayed. If
scheduling does not permit all tasks to be completed due to other obligations, client
will be charged the full cost of service, delay time, and need to reschedule completing
tasks with 24 hours notice.
Our business is intimately tied to the neighborhood and global community that we
live. We are committed to providing you confidentiality on all information provided.
All personal, Credit Card and Paypal information collected by Gift of Time Ohio
Premier Concierge will be gathered only for the sole purpose of providing concierge
services and billing the client for services rendered. At no time will the collected
information be disclosed to a third party except for the purpose of completing the
client’s financial obligation to Gift of Time Ohio Premier Concierge LLC or their
selected service provider.
Any Transportation of pets requires that the client provide a suitable pet carrier
and proof of vaccinations.
Business office hours are 7:30a.m. - 5:00p.m., Monday - Friday
Services may be available by appointment beyond business office hours
